Families First Support Worker

About the Role

Families First is looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Support Worker who will be responsible for the

identification and assessment of need, the delivery of interventions and the engagement of vulnerable families within

Blaenau Gwent.

The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver bespoke early intervention packages of support to enable families

to become confident, nurturing, resilient and safe.
