About the Role

To work collaboratively with the Local Maternity and Neonatal Systems (LMNSs) to ensure that the parent voice is

integral to all components of the EMNODN work plan. To work collaboratively with the EMNODN Parent Advisory Group (PAG)

to ensure that the parents voice is integral to all aspects of the work plan. Provide support to, and deputise for, the

Director/Lead Nurse, or the Education, Quality and Service Improvement Lead Nurse in their absence. Support the

Director/Lead Nurse with the delivery of Network key performance targets Be accountable for the provision of effective

professional nursing leadership. Line management of the Care Coordinator team. Clinical and professional
