About the Role

The purpose of the job is to provide extensive targeted support for a small group of identified young people from
secondary one to secondary three who are not already accessing Support for Learning activities to support their
attendance and inclusion. The post holder will be required to work with each learner, their family, Support for
Learning and Pupil Support colleagues, as well as external partners, where relevant, to support the young people to
attend more consistently and access and engage with a curriculum that is relevant to meet their own needs. in accordance
