Family Support Worker - Circle to Success Support Team

About the Role

Our Circle to Success Support Service collaborates with social work teams to provide direct interventions for children,

young people, and families, helping them live in family settings or progress towards independence. This includes

supporting those on the 'edge of care' to remain with their families.

As a Family Support worker, you will work directly with families and partner agencies to deliver trauma-informed

services, ensuring the welfare and protection of children and young people in line with Northamptonshire Children’s

Trust's legal obligations. The service supports children with various needs, including learning difficulties,
