About the Role

At Spencer Clarke Group, we're working closely with a valued Local Authority partner in Durham to appoint an experienced

Family Support Worker to join their Early Help & Family Support Service.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting children, young people and families to achieve positive and

sustainable change. You'll work directly with families who require targeted support, helping them build resilience,

strengthen relationships and reduce the need for statutory intervention.
