About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity within the All Age Disability service for 1 Family Support Worker, one full time post,

37.5 hours.

This roles involve working directly with children and young people who have complex disabilities such as Autism and

Severe Learning Disabilities and who at times present with challenging behaviours. You will support and enable these

young people to access community-based activities, work alongside their families within the family home providing advice

and support in all areas of family life. Provide specialist support in relation to the child’s disability. Work closely
