About the Role

The post holder will join the Community CAMHS North team, one of three locality teams providing services to children,

young people, and families in the Bassetlaw, Newark, and Sherwood areas who are registered with a Nottinghamshire GP.

CAMHS offers assessment and treatment for mild to severe emotional and mental health needs for children and young people

up to the age of 18.

Family Support Workers are key members of the team, delivering a range of emotional and wellbeing support through

one‑to‑one work and small group interventions. They contribute to formulation, assessment, and care planning, helping
