family Support worker
About the Role
We are parents of three children, two of whom have additional needs. We require some respite support to help recharge
our batteries, so that we can continue to provide a safe and secure home for our family. Therefore, we are recruiting
for a ‘Family PA’, based just outside Stratford upon Avon. Our son is a full-time wheelchair user with very limited
understanding and no verbal skills. Whereas our daughter has autism with specific sensory needs. She is non-verbal and
communicates her wants and needs using objects of reference, gestures, and noises. Both children are very engaging with
infectious laughs, each with their own unique personalities. Our son loves spending time playing with our family dog,
