Family Support Worker - Pre Birth Team

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced family support worker to join our pre-birth team.

We are hoping to find a practitioner who shares our commitment to offering children and their families more help sooner,

to give them the best chance of staying together.

We get to know unborn babies from 8-10 weeks gestation, which allows us the most amount of time to build relationships

with family, address worry and increase safety.

Established in Febraury 2024, the pre-birth team has gone from strength to success, being passionate about keeping
