Family Support Worker (Specialism Parenting)

About the Role

As a Family Support Worker, you will work alongside families to offer practical, relational and strengths-based support

both one-to-one and in group settings. You will help parents and carers feel confident, listened to and supported,

addressing challenges early and building positive relationships between home, school and community.

Working under the direction of the Family Support Lead, you will contribute to the effective, safe and consistent

delivery of family support services across partner schools and community settings. You will model CHEXS’ values in every

interaction empowering families, promoting inclusion, and supporting early help pathways.
