Family support worker

About the Role

We are working with a client in Cardiff who is looking to recruit a full-time Family Support Worker to join their

Interventions Hub .

The Interventions Hub plays a vital role in ensuring families receive the right help at the right time. This role sits

within early intervention and prevention services, supporting families to access a range of tiered support with the aim

of preventing escalation to statutory social work intervention.

As a Family Support Worker, you will work directly with children, young people, and their families to enhance parenting
