Family Support Worker

About the Role

Job Purpose

To provide compassionate, person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs, helping them achieve

independence, dignity, and improved quality of life. This role involves working closely with children, their families,

and other professionals to deliver tailored care plans.

You will be required to undertake family contact sessions, whereby the candidate will be required to support/supervise

sessions and complete well written reports.
