About the Role

Deliver high-quality, individualised nursing care in the home environment. Manage and administer complex medication

regimens safely and accurately. Provide skilled support for an individual with autism, using a calm, consistent, and

person-centred approach. Monitor and respond to changes in the clients condition, maintaining accurate care records.

Work collaboratively with the clinical team, family, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the

client. Liaise with the clinical team and family to ensure comprehensive care.
