We are looking to recruit female Support Workers to join our 24/7 supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area

providing emotional and practical support (no personal care) to young men and women aged 16–24 who have high-level

complex needs. The ultimate goal of the role is to support young people to move on into their own independent
