I am an 19yr old girl seeking a Personal Health Care Assistant(s) to join my existing team of PHCAs at home. I have

Cerebral Palsy, Dystonia, Epilepsy and I also have a tracheostomy, but I do not let my health needs define me, and I

enjoy living my life to the fullest, I just need extra help to achieve this. My health needs mean that I need 24/7

support to help me with all my care needs, to ensure that I am safe, mobile, and comfortable. This includes overnight

support. I live at home with my Mum, Dad, 2 sisters and 2 well behaved dogs. I’m a very sociable person and known as a
