About the Role
A sensitive, energetic 14 year old teenager named Zack requires a female Personal Care Assistant to provide community
support. He has Neurological disabilities and lives in the Motherwell area with his parents, sister and three dogs.
You would be required to provide one to one care and assistance in the community, including helping with personal care
and participation in social activities.
His favourite activities are trampolining, visiting farm parks, playing the Xbox, iPad and phone, cuddling his dogs,
going for walks in parks and nature, eating out and helping in the kitchen.
