We are looking for a committed enabler to support a woman who lives in the Morpeth area to access the local community

and other sociable activities. The woman lives at home with her family but is looking for somebody to support her

independence and develop her social calendar. The client has a diagnosis of Huntington's disease and requires an

individual with experience of supporting clients with long-term medical conditions.
