At our Extra Care service in Orpington, we provide high-quality care and support to older residents, encouraging them to

lead fulfilling and enriched lives. Extra Care housing helps older individuals live as independently as possible in a

friendly, inclusive and safe environment while receiving the care and support they need.

We aim to empower our service users to lead active and positive lives, supporting their physical and mental wellbeing.

To achieve this, we need responsible and compassionate individuals who can deliver respectful personal care and

person-centred support.
