About the Direct Payment Holder We are looking for a self employed Support Worker to join our team supporting a lady in
her late 60’s who has previous history of stroke/TIA and newly diagnosed with vascular dementia. The ladies mobility is
unsteady and she uses a frame around the house and a wheelchair for any trips out.
Hours and rate of pay hours 2.25 hours per week (weekends) ( Sat 30 mins AM & PM, Sunday 45 mins AM 30 mins PM) some
