Female Senior Support Worker (18hrs pw) - Pontypridd area

About the Role

We’re looking for a caring, confident Senior Support Worker to join our team supporting women with complex needs,

including mental health challenges, substance use and offending issues. 

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to help guide and support the wider team, making sure every woman who

uses our service receives a complete person-centred support service.

In this role, you will:

• Support, mentor and coach Support Workers
