Female Senior Support Worker (24hrs pw) - Pontypridd - days & waking nights

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a female *Senior Support Worker for a 24/7 support project for single women with complex

needs, based in RCT.

The rota for this role will include 1 x 12hr waking night shift per week.

They will work closely with the Operations Manager assisting with the general supervision, mentoring, coaching and

assessment of the Support team to ensure that the people who use our services receive a complete person-centred support

service.
