About the Role
We are seeking a warm, compassionate and motivated Female Senior Support Worker to join our experienced team supporting
women with long-term enduring mental health needs in our 24-hour supported living service.
At our Women’s Services in Withington, we work with women with mental health-related care and support needs. Our
approach is rooted in trauma-informed and person-centred practice, empowering tenants to build confidence, develop
independence, and progress in their recovery journey. We work collaboratively with tenants and partner agencies to plan
care and promote wellbeing, safety and long-term independence.
