About the Role

Job Scope:

We are recruiting a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to join our team in supporting adults with learning

disabilities in a high-dependency residential setting. The Support Worker will play a key role in promoting

independence, inclusion, and quality of life through person-centred care and therapeutic engagement.

The Support Worker will assist individuals with daily routines, social and educational activities, and attend
