About the Role
Salary From £27,581 per annum (£13.60 per Hr) PLUS additional £3k - £6k per annum for sleep ins.
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week working a rolling shift pattern, 2 on 4 off.
We are looking for a support worker to become part of our loving family home, caring for our vulnerable young people who
have sometimes emotional and behavioural difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when
needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.
