About the Role
Join a dedicated team as a Support Worker for Tanya, a sociable young girl with Cerebral Palsy. You'll assist her with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and collaborate with her Case Manager and Therapists to enhance her quality of life. This role requires compassion, integrity, and a commitment to client-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday tasks and personal care
- Support Tanya at home and in the community
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Implement therapy programs effectively
- Ensure safety and well-being at all times
Requirements
- Experience with complex medical needs
- Knowledge of PEG feeding techniques
- Ability to communicate non-verbally
- Experience in moving and handling
- Driving license and access to a vehicle

Compensation
£13.44 per hour for waking hours and £12.21 for sleeping hours. Bank Holidays paid at 1.5x the applicable rate.
Location & Schedule
Position based in Denmead. Part-time and bank hours available, including evenings and weekends.
