About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with disabilities using person-centered approaches.
• Administer medication and assist with daily living tasks.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Build strong relationships to promote independence.
• Empower clients to learn new skills and pursue interests.

Requirements

• Experience with ASD and Asperger’s Syndrome preferred.
• Ability to manage challenging behavior effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and positive personality essential.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
