About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support individuals with disabilities using person-centered approaches.
- Administer medication and assist with daily living tasks.
- Encourage community engagement and participation.
- Build strong relationships to promote independence.
- Empower clients to learn new skills and pursue interests.
Requirements
- Experience with ASD and Asperger’s Syndrome preferred.
- Ability to manage challenging behavior effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and positive personality essential.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
