About the Role
As a Female Support Worker, you will assist a young lady with Functional Neurological Disorder in her daily activities and social engagements. Your support will help her enjoy outings, pursue her interests, and promote her independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing.
- Support meal preparation and encourage healthy eating.
- Facilitate access to leisure activities and social events.
- Promote friendships and independence.
- Ensure safety and report any hazards immediately.
Requirements
- Must be a car driver with business insurance.
- Willingness to complete First Aid and Epilepsy training.
- Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good listening skills and empathetic nature.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
