About the Role

As a Female Support Worker, you will assist a young lady with Functional Neurological Disorder in her daily activities and social engagements. Your support will help her enjoy outings, pursue her interests, and promote her independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing.
• Support meal preparation and encourage healthy eating.
• Facilitate access to leisure activities and social events.
• Promote friendships and independence.
• Ensure safety and report any hazards immediately.

Requirements

• Must be a car driver with business insurance.
• Willingness to complete First Aid and Epilepsy training.
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good listening skills and empathetic nature.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
