Female Support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our supported living team. In this role, you

will provide person-centred support to adults, helping them to live as independently as possible in their own homes and

within the community. You’ll assist individuals with day-to-day tasks such as managing their home, attending health

appointments, budgeting, shopping, cooking, and taking part in social and leisure activities. You’ll encourage

confidence, promote choice and independence, and support each person to achieve their personal goals. This is a
