About the Role
United Response is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to empower individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships while assisting with daily routines, personal care, and activities aligned with personal support plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily routines
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals
- Help manage finances and medication
- Accompany to appointments and activities
- Encourage participation in hobbies and volunteering
Requirements
- Female applicants only due to genuine occupational requirement
- Commitment to empowering individuals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Enhanced DBS Check required

Compensation
