About the role
You will be supporting adult women with learning disabilities and autism across two nearby services, each with a
distinct pace and environment.
One service is quiet and slower-paced, placing a strong emphasis on routine, consistency, and building trusting
relationships. The other is more fast-paced, requiring flexibility, confidence, and the ability to respond calmly to
changing needs. You may work across both services depending on rota requirements.
