Female Support Worker/Driver - Bury St Edmunds

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate female support workers to join our team in Great Barton. You will provide personalized care to four vibrant young women with high support needs, helping them live independently while enjoying various activities. A full UK driving licence is essential for commuting and supporting their daily adventures.

Responsibilities

• Support personal care routines
• Administer insulin (training provided)
• Engage in fun activities and community outings
• Promote independence and well-being
• Assist with household tasks and daily living

Requirements

• Passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities
• Full UK driving licence (manual)
• Willingness to drive service users’ vehicles
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Female applicants only, per service users’ needs

Compensation

£12.40 per hour plus £2.50 per hour for overtime.
