About the Role
L'Arche Belfast is recruiting for a new Supported Living House. Female Support Workers are required by the L'Arche
Belfast Community. L'Arche Belfast provides a service of care and support to adults with learning difficulties and
challenging behaviours. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation - benefits include being part

Workers are responsible for the provision of both practical and emotional support to our Core Members (clients), and to
individuals in receipt of self-directed support funding, to enable them to achieve independence as far as possible in
