Field Care Supervisor

About the Role

FOR THIS SENIOR ROLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS WHO HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN DOMICILIARY CARE

OR EXPERIENCE AS A FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH 40 HOURS PER WEEK GUARANTEED.

YOUR ROLE AS A FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR:

* Oversee a list of service users designated by undertaking client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates,

handovers, assessments for our reablement service.

* Liaise with Social Services and other health professionals about changes in circumstances and requirements to
