About the Role
Job Summary
The Field Care Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coaching and supporting a team of care/support workers to
deliver person-centred, safe and high-quality domiciliary care. The role combines operational leadership (rotas,
recruitment, absence and timesheet authorisation), quality assurance (spot-checks, observed practice, audits), staff
development (induction, training and supervision) and escalation of clinical, safeguarding or service issues to
management. The post-holder helps ensure the team meets Enerst Care’s quality, regulatory and KPI expectations.
