The Finance Officer supports the financial management of the NIHR Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN), overseeing

the dissemination, monitoring and accounting of approximately £18M in annual research delivery funding. Reporting to the

Finance Manager, the role ensures transparent, compliant and efficient use of funds in line with Host Organisation

Standing Financial Instructions and national NIHR/DHSC guidance. Key responsibilities include managing subcontracting

and invoice processes, administering Excess Treatment Cost (ETC) payments, coordinating budget allocations, and
