First Contact Paramedic and PCN Home Visiting Lead

About the Role

The Paramedic will be employed under the NHS England Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) to work as part of the

multidisciplinary Primary Care Network team. The post holder will support the delivery of high-quality, accessible care

for patients, helping to reduce GP workload and improve patient outcomes.

Hounslow is traditionally considered an underserved area, and several initiatives have been under way to increase the

appeal of working in Hounslow through training and development of staff, technology and our partnership with Hounslow

Community Healthcare in West London NHS Trust.
