Primary Care Network across Lewisham. 

The post-holder will provide a high-quality first-contact physiotherapy service for a Primary Care Network population of

approximately 40,000 patients across Lewisham and surrounding practices. Working both face-to-face and remotely, the

physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment and rehabilitation for patients with
