About the Role

Talbert Living Care Investments seeks Flexi-Bank Health Care Assistants to provide compassionate, high-quality care to Service Users. This flexible, ad-hoc role allows you to cover staff absences and respond to seasonal demands, ensuring that individuals can live safely and independently in their homes or care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing.
• Support with morning routines and medication management.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning and shopping.
• Prepare meals and assist with snacks and drinks.
• Encourage adherence to person-centred care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant preferred.
• Caring, patient, and respectful demeanor required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills and confidentiality awareness.
• Right to work in the UK and valid DBS certificate.
