Floating Support Worker

About the Role

The Floating Support Team provides community‑based tenancy sustainment and holistic support to vulnerable adults.

INTERVIEWS WILL BE VIA MS TEAMS - MOST LIKELY ON 6TH OF MARCH.

The agency worker will be expected to manage an active caseload and contribute to the team's duty system to ensure

consistent service delivery.

Key Role Requirements Caseload: 25-28 clients. Base: Dalston Junction office. Clients can be anywhere from Bexley,

Croydon to Redbridge or Hounslow. They need to be fine with travelling.
