Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Floating Support Worker for our Outreach Supported Living Services in
their own homes in the Huddersfield, Kirkless and Bradford
About the role
Our Outreach Supported Living Service is supporting people with Learning Disabilities both males and females in their
own homes, with daily living skills.
A full clean driving licence with business insurance will be needed to support the individuals with their every day
