About us
Flying Start is a Welsh Government programme for families with children under 4 years and provides a range of services
helping children get the best start in life.
Flying Start is leading on the 2-year-old childcare prgrogramme across the Vale of Glamorgan. The offer enables families
with children aged 2-3, in targeted areas, to access 12.5 hours per week of funded childcare every week, 39 weeks a
year.
