About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare to detainees in custody suites
• Collaborate with police to ensure detainee safety
• Provide round-the-clock healthcare coverage
• Work flexibly across assigned police custody suites
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN, RGN) or Paramedic with 2 years experience
• Experience in patient-facing roles in relevant fields
• Driving license required
• Eligibility to work in the UK with no significant gaps abroad
• All candidates subject to Police Vetting

Benefits

• Salary of £20,500 per year
• £500 bonus after 12 months of service
• Average estimated overtime of £3,500 annually
• NMC/HCPC registration fees covered
• Rolling rota available 2 years in advance

Compensation

Salary of £20,500 per year, with potential overtime earnings of approximately £3,500 annually. A £500 bonus is awarded after completing 12 months of service.

Location & Schedule

Part-time role with fixed shifts: 06:45 to 19:00 for days and 18:45 to 07:00 for nights, following a 2-day, 8-day, 2-night, and 4-day off pattern.
