Forest School Leader

About the Role

Snapdragons Nursery is seeking a passionate Forest School Leader to lead our nature-based learning programme. You’ll

guide Babies, Toddlers and Pre-schoolers through engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate outdoor sessions,

incorporating hands-on exploration and child-led learning in all weathers.

As part of your role you will plan, prepare, and deliver outdoor Forest School sessions, including activities like den

building, nature walks, seasonal crafts, bushcraft, sensory play, and storytelling.

Maintain high standards of safeguarding and safety—including site-specific risk assessments and safe tool use.
