Lead the next chapter of philanthropic development at one of the UK’s most distinguished independent schools.

Uppingham is seeking an accomplished fundraising leader to shape and deliver the next stage of the school’s

philanthropic strategy. As Foundation Director, you will oversee a talented and motivated team, guiding the growth of

sustainable income streams that support Uppingham’s strategic ambitions. Working closely with the Headmaster, Foundation

Chair and International Development Director, you will take a long-term, relationship-based approach to donor

engagement, ensuring that every interaction reflects the values and reputation of the school.
