An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Frailty Team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, Southend Site.

The successful applicant willjointhe existing Frailty Teamtoprovideexpert advice, assessment and plans of care for frail

patients withinvarious departments and ward areas.

We are looking for an experienced Nurse/Allied Health Professional who is highly motivated and who has a commitment to

the delivery of high quality and safe care to our frail patients. You will beorganisedand able toprioritiseyour own
