Functional Assessor - Aylesbury - Nurse

As a Functional Assessor, you will leverage your clinical expertise to conduct assessments that help individuals access essential health-related benefits. Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and produce high-quality reports
• Evaluate a wide range of health conditions using clinical judgement
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical governance standards
• Engage in continuous professional development and training
• Deliver assessments with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• Registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, etc.)
• At least 12 months' post-registration experience in the last 5 years
• No restrictions to practice
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

Salary ranges from £37,500 to £45,500, plus bonuses and benefits.

Location & Schedule

Full-time position based in Aylesbury, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
