Gastroenterology/Endoscopy Quality Improvement Fellow
About the Role
The post-holder will provide fixed and/or flexible cover for endoscopy lists and outpatient clinics. The post will
include three flexible service endoscopy/clinic sessions per week. The work intensity will vary depending on the number
of lists cancelled by other endoscopists and will likely include some Saturday or evening working. There may also be a
need to cover Gastroenterology outpatient clinics within the service sessions when there is increased demand in the
out-patient services. There are no on-call commitments for this post. The remaining 2 clinical sessions are available to
meet the post-holders training needs. There will be opportunities to learn specialist endoscopic procedures eg
