About the Role
Applications are invited for this 12 month post of Clinical Fellow in Endoscopy and Quality Improvement. This is an
exciting and unique opportunity designed to provide a wide range of change management experience for a higher trainee
who wishes to make a commitment to quality improvement and medical leadership as part of their career.
The twelve-month post has some degree of flexibility: typically five sessions per week developing and delivering quality
improvement projects. These will be focused on the Endoscopy Department with a particular emphasis on the GI cancer
pathways. This will also include time to work towards a postgraduate qualification in Quality Improvement or Medical
