General Haematology Specialist Support Nurse

About the Role

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated nurse to work within our general haematology specialist nursing team. This is an

exciting opportunity to join the team at a time when our services are developing rapidly.

The role is varied, and involves coordinating and guiding patients and families that may be with the service lifelong

for conditions such as sickle cell disease, TTP and  ITP.  It involves working with a multi-disciplinary team that

includes clinicians, physios, psychologists and inpatient, ED and day unit teams. You will have excellent skills in
