General Manager (XN10)

About the Role

The post holder will manage a clinical service unit or clinical support unit, comprising a number of specialties or

support services supporting the Clinical Director, the post holder will be responsible for the overall delivery of

service, quality, financial and other targets as determined by the Executive Directors. In partnership with the Clinical

Director, the post holder will be responsible for business, workforce and financial planning within his/her own unit and

will work closely with other managers and clinicians to support Trust-wide objectives. In partnership with the Clinical

Director, responsible for the management of identified clinical and/or related services within a unit Manage the
